IslamicPlanningSharia-conscious estate planning in North Carolina

Islamic wills and trusts across the Triangle

Islamic Planning serves Muslim families in Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Cary, Apex and the surrounding communities of North Carolina's Research Triangle. Every plan is drafted for North Carolina law and follows the Islamic principles and school of thought you choose.

Communities we serve

Raleigh

Raleigh is in Wake County. Wills for Raleigh residents are probated before the Wake County Clerk of Superior Court, and a funded living trust can keep much of an estate out of that process.

Durham

Durham is in Durham County, where wills are probated before the Durham County Clerk of Superior Court. In-person meetings are available in Durham by appointment.

Chapel Hill

Most of Chapel Hill is in Orange County, with a small part in Durham County. The county where you live at death decides where your will is probated.

Cary

Cary lies mostly in Wake County, with western parts in Chatham County. In-person meetings are available in Cary by appointment.

Apex

Apex is in Wake County. Families in Apex, Holly Springs and southern Wake County can meet in Cary or Durham, or by Zoom.

Morrisville and the rest of the Triangle

Families in Morrisville, Wake Forest, Garner, Hillsborough and nearby towns are welcome, and virtual meetings are available anywhere in North Carolina.

How meetings work

Meetings are held in person by appointment in Durham and Cary, or by Zoom anywhere in North Carolina. Documents are signed in person with witnesses and a notary, as North Carolina requires. Meetings and documents are in English.

We don't schedule meetings during Jumu'ah.
